As Graphic Designer at a small agency it gave me a huge opportunity to handle a large amount of the clients and work on a vast number of projects.
My first full time job out of school taught me so many things from working with other creatives to all the day to day tasks of working in the office... as well as drinking beer

One of my first project when I started was taking over a project from a current Creative Director and bringing it over the finish line, all the way to production of 500 units
